Reservations and Seating
We recommend making reservations in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak hours and weekends.
Reservation Policy
- Advance Booking: Reservations can be made by phone at (562) 921-4731 or through our website
- Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees
- Late Arrivals: Please arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time. Late arrivals may result in reduced seating time or loss of reservation
- Party Size Changes: Please notify us of any changes to your party size as soon as possible
- No-Show Policy: Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for credit card guarantee for future reservations
Large Parties & Events: For parties of 8 or more, please contact us directly. We have a banquet room available and offer catering services for special events.
Ordering and Delivery
Dine-In and Takeout
- All menu items are subject to availability
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
- Takeout orders should be picked up within 15 minutes of the scheduled time
- Unclaimed orders may be discarded after 30 minutes without refund
Delivery Services
- Delivery is provided through third-party services and is subject to their terms and conditions
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on traffic, weather, and order volume
- We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services
Pricing and Payments
We strive to provide accurate pricing, but errors may occur.
- Price Changes: Service and menu prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Payment Required: Full payment is required at the time of service or order pickup
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and valid gift cards
- Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in menu prices and is at your discretion. For parties of 6 or more, an automatic gratuity of 18% may be added
- Sales Tax: All prices are subject to applicable California state and local sales tax
Gift Cards and Promotions
Gift Cards
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash
- Gift cards have no expiration date
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
- Gift cards can be used for dine-in, takeout, and catering services
Promotions and Special Offers
- Promotions (such as Taco Tuesday and Lunch Specials) are valid only during specified days and times
- Promotions may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time
- Promotional items are subject to availability
- One promotion per customer per visit unless otherwise specified

- Taco Tuesday: $2 Tacos every Tuesday
- Lunch Special: $13.99 Tuesday-Friday, 11am-3pm

We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if they engage in disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.
Refunds and Satisfaction Policy

Refund Policy
- Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at management's discretion
- To request a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of your visit or order
- Refunds may be issued in the form of store credit, replacement items, or monetary refund
- Partially consumed meals are generally not eligible for refunds
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds for complaints made more than 24 hours after service
